All-you-can-drink is available for 2500 yen for 120 minutes (last order at 90 minutes).This course features our hidden signature dish, domestically sourced motsunabe (offal hot pot). The hot pot is made with motsunabe soy sauce, and the soup is a chicken broth base made with soy sauce from a long-established Hakata company, resulting in a deep, garlicky flavor.
