This course allows you to enjoy the hidden signature dish of domestically-produced motsunabe (offal hot pot). The hot pot is made with motsunabe soy sauce, and the soup is made with chicken stock and soy sauce from a long-established Hakata brewery, giving it a deep garlicky flavor.
